Toronto St. Patrick’s Day Parade Info

Parade Assembly Map Sunday March 15th is the Toronto St. Patrick’s Day Parade. We are entering a float in the parade and all parents and kids are welcome to participate.

The details for the parade are as follows:

Please meet the trailer (float) on St. George St. (near Varsity Stadium) between College St and Bloor St.
Must be at float no later than 11AM, otherwise you will miss the parade.
Our Parade # is E60 Toronto GAA - Youth
Parade starts on St. George just south of Bloor St.
Parade ends on University Ave just north of Queen St West. Please pick up kids at that location.

On Saturday 7th March we have games against Toronto Chieftains for our U10, U12 & U14/16 teams. Time from 7.00 - 8.00pm.

Venue: Toronto SoccerPlex, 101 Railside Rd, Don Mills, ON M3A 1B2

Directions: Come off the Don Valley at Lawrence Avenue East and up to the first set of lights, turn right onto Railside Road. Follow road round and the Soccerplex is on Right hand side.

St. Patricks Day Parade

We will participate in the Toronto St. Patrick's Day Parade on Sunday March 15^th as part of the Toronto GAA float dedicated to Youth. Kids will be able to ride on the float and march in the parade. More details will be sent out as they become available. Keep that date free!

Brampton Rebels Tournament Success

Hope everyone had some rest after a great display of football on Saturday! Durham participated with an U-10, 12 and 14 and reached the finals in all three age groups. We were unlucky to loose out but all our players played outstanding and surely are the stars of the future!

We'll keep you posted on the next tournament and games we have.

Brampton Rebels Tournament Saturday, February 7th

On Saturday February 7th we will be traveling to Brampton to play in an Indoor Gaelic Football Tournament. There will be teams from Brampton and Toronto participating. Games will be held from 1pm-6pm at the Ken Giles Soccer Center (see attached map) in Brampton.

A bus will be provided for all parents and kids travelling. We will be departing from Denis O'Connor High School in Ajax at 11.30 Saturday morning and will be returning from Brampton at 6pm when the tournament ends. This tournament is open to all kids that have (or have not) played with us in the past or if you know anyone that would like to try it out they are more than welcome. We hope to see some old faces from our Spring and Summer training!

IMPORTANT NOTE: Soccer or football cleats can not be worn on the Ken Giles soccer centers turf. The surface is an astro turf so indoor soccer shoes or running shoes can only be worn.
